Canada’s Own is dedicated to family farms and local economies, offering the best locally prepared foods from Canadian chefs and farmers. Every product we make at Canada’s Own is considered from social and environmental perspectives. Each of our soups feature local ingredients sourced at their peak freshness for a flavourful soup!

Not only do we value making delicious soups featuring local ingredients, but none of our soups contain any sugar, dairy, sulphites, additives or preservatives. We make soups that you can feel good about feeding your family.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Our Chicken Noodle Soup is a hug-in-a-bowl, made from the purest ingredients, with the same loving care your mom would use. We source the best, local chicken for our soup from a local company Rowe Farms. Rowe Farms consciously raises meats in Ontario believing that an animal living a low-stress, healthy life produces healthy and flavourful meat. We agree!

Roast Carrot Soup

Roasting carrots helps bring out their natural, earthy sweetness that we’ve captured in our Roast Carrot Soup. The carrots in our soup are grown locally in the Holland Marsh, Ontario at Carron Farms. Carron Farms uses state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage to provide quality produce year-round. It has achieved a reputation for nutritious and tasty vegetables by learning from the past and committing to continuous innovation and improvement for the future.

Butternut Squash Soup

Our Butternut Squash Soup is smooth and creamy (but without any dairy!). Our soup features local squash grown in Southwestern Ontario. Did you know that this area of Ontario has some of the most fertile land in all of North America?

Tomato Basil Soup

Tomato soup is a classic in many homes in Canada and we like to think that we have one of the best Tomato Basil Soups around! Essex County has been referred to as the Sun Parlour of Canada, where many warmer than average crops can thrive. Our tomatoes come from a number of small, local tomato producers.

Kale Vegetable Barley

The combination of superfood kale and Canadian barley, this is a more-than-satisfying meal in a bowl. Our soup features local barley from the Oat & Barley Farmers of Ontario.

Red Lentil Dal, Vegan Green Lentil & Vegetarian Split Pea

What do all three of our pulse-packed soups have in common? They all feature lentils or split peas from the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers. Saskatchewan is the heart of the Canadian pulse industry and we are proud to support the local industry with our soups.

Black Bean Chili

Our vegetarian Black Bean Chili is a rich, comforting blend of local Ontario beans, and field-grown tomatoes and vegetables, prepared medium spicy. The main star of the chili, black beans, are sourced from Persall Farms. Fourth-generation farmer Jason Persall from Waterford, Ontario, has been supplying the food industry with quality, local artisan foods since 2007.
