From Field to Chef

“From Field to Chef” in Stratford provides a platform for renowned Stratford chefs to showcase their culinary skills using Perth County produce and meats. As you can imagine, the result is a gastronomic delight that lasts 47 days!! The event is from Sept.15th to Oct.31st with special menus crafted at 10 Stratford restaurants.

Check out this dish at Rundles featuring Soiled Reputation farm: Loin of Ontario lamb cooked sous vide, cauliflower purée, and a pistou-flavoured mélange of vegetables and green lentils.
