Heat one jar of Canada’s Own™ Butternut Squash Soup on stovetop
Add three minced garlic cloves (pre-cook separately in vegetable oil for one minute before adding)
Add 1 Tbsp. of grated fresh ginger and 1 tsp. ground ginger
Intensify the ginger taste by melting 4 Tbsp. of butter in a small frying pan, cook until it turns light brown and add 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger.
Swirl the ginger butter on top of each serving.
